作りたかった「お問い合わせ」ページをようやく追加しました。フォームの追加には非常に多くのプログインが存在し、何を使えば良いのか悩んでいましたが、他の方のブログを拝見し、簡単に「お問い合わせ」ページを追加することが出来ました。
